Antique Tortoise Shell Tatting Shuttle * English * Circa 1850
This antique tatting shuttle is carved from beautifully patterned natural tortoiseshell. It’s held together with brass rivets and measures 2 7/8″ long by 1/2″ wide.
The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or other damage. It is sturdy with no wobble and was bought in England. The glossy patina is gorgeous.
