This slender shuttle is hand carved of real ivory and has a beautiful old patina. It is riveted together with brass rivets and is solid and sturdy. One end has a tiny hook carved into the point. I’ve not seen this before on an ivory shuttle. The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or loss. It is a lovely mellow color and was bought in England. It measures 3 5/8″ by 1/2″.
